Trinity's Life Skills Programme is part of a whole School approach to health and wellbeing.
In conjunction with the development of ethical, moral and religious values, its goal is to enhance boys’ capacity to be emotionally resilient and socially competent.

Through student-centred learning models, the Life Skills Programme aims to foster a supportive environment which encourages students to learn from their experiences and those of others.
Year 12 students are encouraged in their final year to develop mental health management strategies which will be of life long benefit. The Year 12 Life Skills Programme supports students through the use of the Motivation and Engagement Wheel, to reflect on their learning in order to foster strategies that promote positive mental health.
The Year 12 Life Skills Programme focuses on:
- Use of the Motivation and Engagement Wheel
- Managing stress, anxiety and depression
- Fostering positive mental health.
